Angel's Halo Collar
Our two greyhounds were getting out of our mini van. Buddy, the male pushed Angel in order to get out of the car first. She hit her hip on the door hinge and got a very big gash from her hip to her hoch. We did not realize that greyhounds have such thin skin.
We rushed her to the Vet and she received 32 stitches. Since she had to leave those stitches alone we were given an E-collar. The E-collar was not working very well for her. We tried several other methods of keeping her away from those stitches and then we found this inflatible collar in the pet store. It is working very well and she has only one little spot left to heal.
